Embrace Grace Baby Shower: The EG team is looking for donations of gently used gift wrap or gift bags to wrap the gifts! Drop off gently used bags in Brandie's office in the kid's wing.

Thanksgiving Dinner: Ms. Linda is coordinating the menu and is looking for a few people who can bring butter, rolls, or dessert. Sign up on Wednesday nights or on Sundays in the foyer with Ms. Linda. Dinner is on November 21 at 5:30pm. There is no online sign-up, in-person only.

Upward Sports Basketball: Pastor Tim is looking for volunteers who are interested in reffing or coaching. Email upward@tfwb.org if you are interested.

Kids & Families

J-Town: This family-friendly, fun-loving event is on Sunday, November 5 at 6pm.

Christmas Craft Night for Families: On Friday, November 10 from 5-7pm we'll craft together and have dinner. Dinner will be provided, but please bring a snack or dessert to share. Lunch Bunch: Join us on November 19 at 11pm. Families are invited to stay for lunch, a craft, and meet other families in the church.

Youth

FallFest at High Point Camp is November 17 & 18 for students 6-12th grade. The event is Friday evening, our church made arrangements for students to spend the night. Register online before Nov. 13 and pay $23 (to Highpoint) for the event and $25 for the overnight (to the church).

Winter Retreat for 6th-12th grade at High Point Camp is February 9-11. Spots are filling up quickly, register now to hold your spot and get a free t-shirt. High Point has the option to make a partial payment.

Ladies

Women's Bible Study: This group meets every other Monday to study As For Me by Adrienne Camp (11/6, 11/20, 12/4). The study guide can be purchased on Amazon or Lifeway. Email Debbie Ide at tfwb@tfwb.org to sign up for the Bible study.

Men

Men's Bible Study: Thursday, November 2 and 19, at 7pm. The group meets every other Thursday.

Prayer Group

The prayer group meets weekly on Tuesday at 2pm.

Pastor Appreciation

Pastor Appreciation will be on Sunday, November 19, during the 9:30 am service. Beginning October 15, the deacons of the church invite you to write cards of appreciation or thanks to our pastors. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to a financial gift for the pastors. Cards and other gifts should be clearly marked. There will be envelopes available, marked Pastor Appreciation, for those who would like to gift cash. Giving online using Tithe.ly, our online giving platform, will also be an option.

Annual Church Thanksgiving Dinner

November 21 at 5:30pm is our Annual Church Thanksgiving Dinner, held at Townsend Church. If you want to bring a dessert, rolls, or butter, sign up with Ms.Linda on Wednesday evenings or Sunday in the lobby. You do not need to sign up to attend the dinner, just come!

CPR & First Aid
