Junior Camp & Day Camp

God was moving this week in the hearts of junior campers! Forty campers got saved this week between overnight and day camp!! It was a week filled with fun, laughter, cheers, friends, games, singing and dancing, devotions, scripture memory, chapel, worship, and prayer.

Equippers

Eli, Maddi, and Dez were doing a lot of team building, personality tests, learning from their leaders, and practicing solitude. Yesterday they got back from a long hike/ camping trip and are ready to be campers next week and practice all the leadership skills they’ve learned.

From Skylar

I got the privilege of team-leading alongside some great friends and we had so much fun!! It was definitely unexpected but I had the best time ever, I screamed a lot, cheered so hard, jumped around, danced like no tomorrow, but most importantly got to share the gospel all week with 8 girls and it was the sweetest experience. I got to be a part of 3 salvation decisions on Thursday night and I was so encouraged by how the Lord was working in each of their hearts. Lots of funny stories and good memories came out of this week and we have all been resting up for tomorrow!

Prayer Requests

Teen week 1 with Jason Malone and day camp week 4 begin tomorrow. Be praying for Jason as he preaches the word to teens all week, pray that the campers' hearts would be open to God’s word, and that the staff would continue to stay healthy and be able to pour into the campers well. Day camp has a bit of a smaller week coming up with the holiday, which makes it a great time for them to have an opportunity to be more intentional with campers, so pray for good conversations and opportunities to get to know those campers better as well! We all miss everyone back home but have been having so much fun at camp too!! Until next week...
